COACHING
Coaching built around development
The Academy provides structured, individual Olympic trapshooting coaching, helping each athlete understand what to work on, why it matters, and how each step supports the next.
From a first experience through national and international competition, coaching and individual instruction are shaped around strong fundamentals, clear goals, preparation, and progression.

THE APPROACH
Train with purpose
Good coaching is more than repeating a session. It gives athletes a clear framework for improvement while adapting to their current stage, goals, and competitive demands.
01
Strong fundamentals
Sound technique and repeatable habits create the base for consistent development.
02
Individual progression
Training priorities are shaped around the athlete’s current needs, goals, and readiness.
03
Competition preparation
As athletes progress, coaching increasingly connects training with preparation, routines, and performance under pressure.

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Development happens over time
The Academy’s programs are designed as a connected pathway. A first session can lead into Foundations, year-round Performance Development, international training opportunities, and increasingly demanding competition as the athlete becomes ready.
Coaching provides continuity across those stages, so each new challenge builds on the work that came before.
