1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies where it is stated to apply to an Academy session, program, event, or other arrangement. Specific written terms provided for a particular registration or arrangement may also apply.
If specific written terms conflict with this policy, the specific terms will govern to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
2. Cancellation or rescheduling notice
We require a minimum of three business days’ notice for participant-requested cancellations or rescheduling.
This notice period helps us manage coaching time and scheduling fairly and efficiently.
3. Makeup sessions
Athletes are entitled to one makeup session for every 20 regularly scheduled sessions. Where a prepaid session qualifies for a makeup, the prepayment will be applied to that makeup session.
4. Timing of rescheduled sessions
Any rescheduled session must be completed within two weeks of the original session date.
If the rescheduled session is not completed within that period, the original session will be considered forfeited and will be fully charged.
5. Genuine emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies can make advance notice impossible. In those circumstances, the Academy may consider an exception.
Emergency exceptions are intended for infrequent and genuine situations so that the policy remains fair and consistent for all athletes.
6. Refunds and non-refundable cancellations
Except where an approved exception applies or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellations that do not meet the conditions of this policy are non-refundable.
Where a refund is issued, a standard $75 administration fee will be deducted from the amount refunded, except where that fee cannot lawfully be applied.
7. Third-party booking platform
Online booking and scheduling may be handled through a third-party booking platform. That platform may display operational information, confirmations, or additional terms related to a particular booking.
Please review the information presented during the booking process. This policy applies together with any specific written terms that govern the particular arrangement, subject to applicable law.
