We require a minimum of 3 (three) business days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling in order to accommodate changes efficiently.

Athletes are entitled to one makeup session per 20 regularly scheduled sessions, with the pre-payment applied to the makeup session.

Any rescheduled sessions must be completed within two weeks of the original session date. After that, the session will be considered forfeited, and it will be fully charged.

In the case of genuine emergencies, we understand that advance notice may not be possible. While we strive to be supportive, we ask that such exceptions remain infrequent to help maintain fairness and scheduling consistency for all athletes.

All other cancellations are considered non-refundable.
